Important: Contact Your Installation Company First
For issues with any Electres solution installed by a professional installer, please contact your installation company first. The installer will attempt to inspect, diagnose, and resolve the issue at the site level.
Electres will become involved if the issue requires manufacturer-level warranty support that the installer cannot address.
For systems installed by an Electres-approved partner or authorised installation team, warranty support may require installation details, product serial number, site information, commissioning records, and proof of purchase.
Electres Product Warranty
Warranty Periods
In addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, Electres offers manufacturer warranties for eligible energy storage products and system components.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product model, system configuration, installation type, application, operating environment, usage pattern, and commercial agreement.
Electres warranty support may apply to:
- Residential energy storage systems

- Utility-scale energy storage systems
- Battery modules and battery packs
- BMS, EMS, and monitoring components
- Inverters, PCS, electrical components, enclosures, and accessories supplied by Electres
Where applicable, battery performance warranty terms may be based on years of use, cycle count, usable capacity, depth of discharge, operating conditions, or energy throughput.
Product Eligibility and Maintenance Requirements
To remain eligible for warranty support, Electres products must be installed, used, operated, and maintained in accordance with Electres guidelines, product documentation, installation requirements, and safety instructions.
Products may not qualify for warranty support if they are not used as intended, not maintained properly, installed incorrectly, modified without authorisation, or operated outside approved technical limits.
This may include:
- Use within approved load and operating limits
- Proper installation by a qualified or approved installer
- Regular inspection and maintenance where required
- Safe operating environment
- Approved electrical integration
- Required firmware, software, EMS, BMS, or monitoring updates
- Continued access to system logs, alerts, or diagnostic records, where applicable
If you are experiencing any issue with an Electres system, monitoring platform, EMS, BMS, inverter, battery module, or related component, please first contact your installer or Electres Customer Support.
